We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location.
If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. Certain products are not returnable, including opened bedding and custom orders. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned. Please click here for a complete list of product exceptions to our returns policy.
We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs - orders over $150 receive free shipping only if you keep the product). Returns made within 7 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will carry a restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.

from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot stop your order from shipping you will be responsible for all shipping and handling
charges both shipping to you and return shipping back to us.
